FAQ
Is Core Lite the same as the Luxury models?
Core Lite uses the same nano-infusion routine concept, but with a simplified AAA battery-powered, single-speed design. Luxury Classic and Luxury Modern offer a rechargeable metal body and 3 adjustable speeds.
Is this the same as microneedling?
No. Traditional microneedling is generally more intensive and recovery-based. NDP uses silicon Nano Chips, not metal microneedles, and is designed as a gentle, repeatable skincare routine.
Does it hurt?
Most users find nano infusion gentle and comfortable when used as directed.
How often should I use it?
Use frequency depends on the nano tip length and your skin tolerance. Start conservatively, especially if you are new to nano infusion.
Can I use my own serum?
Yes. NDP is designed to fit into existing skincare routines with many common topical serums. Avoid harsh acids, strong exfoliants, or irritating formulas during use.
Do I need to replace the nano chip?
Yes. Nano Chips are designed for single-use application and should be replaced after each session.
