Choose a 10-pack or a single chip in 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30 or 0.50 mm. See the frequency guide for details. Most people start with 0.15 mm or 0.20 mm. The 0.15 mm chip can be used up to once a day if your skin tolerates it, and the 0.20 mm chip 3–4 times a week. Move to longer chips only once your skin is comfortable. 0.15 mm: up to once a day. 0.20 mm: 3–4 times a week. 0.25 mm: 2–3 times a week. 0.30 mm: 1–2 times a week. 0.50 mm: no more than once a week.
