Below is our return, refund, and warranty policy. Please review before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

NDP Nano Derma Pen devices include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Nano tips and other disposable accessories are not covered.

Return shipping may be covered for confirmed defects or incorrect items.

For other approved returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
