30-Day Trial
NDP Pen kits may be tried for 30 days from delivery. Contact us within the trial period to request a return or refund. After approval, we will provide return or disposal instructions.
Note: Unused, individually sealed Nano Chips may be returned. Opened or used Nano Chips are non-refundable.
Missing or damaged items
Contact us within 7 business days if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
2-Year Warranty
NDP Pen devices include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, Nano Chips, and other disposable accessories.
Return shipping
Return shipping is covered for confirmed defects or incorrect items. For other approved returns, we will provide the appropriate instructions.
