Try your NDP Pen kit at home. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and refund the full purchase price.

Missing or damaged items

Contact us within 7 business days if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the return. Timing depends on your payment provider.

2-Year Warranty

NDP Pen devices include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping on approved 30-day returns, and on confirmed defects or incorrect items. After approval, we will send return instructions or a prepaid label.
