Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country.

Orders refused because customs charges were unpaid may not be eligible for a refund.

Professional orders

Bulk professional orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in about 10–12 days. Shipping is free by UPS, and duties and customs are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
