We offer free shipping for more than $99 order. For the order less than $99, standard shipping cost will be charged, depending on item's weight and delivery address.
2. When you ship the product after the order is made?
The product will be shipped in 48H after we receive the order.

North America: 7-10 business days.

Yes, it is safe. The NDP Derma Pen uses very short needles (0.1mm–0.5mm), which only create nano channels on the epidermis, making it painless and bloodless.
